On Wednesday, ABC announced the cast of its new spinoff, featuring 19 of the most beloved, memorable and controversial alumni from past seasons with the Bachelor plus the Bachelorette.
ABC’s new summer series, bachelor pad features your favorite all stars from the bachelor and bachelorette, competing at a second chance at love and $ 25,0000.
There’s plenty of love from the show as fan-favorites, arch-rivals, scheming villains along with the sexiest participants from the Bachelor franchise reunite below one roof in a new sequence to compete for $ 250,000 and maybe a “second chance” at enjoy on ABC’s Bachelor Pad, premiering Monday, August 9.
The sequence begins with 19 of the most unforgettable characters from seasons previous living together within the Bachelor Pad mansion. Every week, they’ll square off in head-to-head challenges to compete for immunity plus the chance to go on the date with all the contestant of their choice. The winner of the challenge will then grant immunity to a single of his or her dates via the presentation of a rose.
At the finish of each and every episode, the contestants will vote amongst themselves to ascertain which cast members will be eliminated through the competition. The show provides the 19 now-single contestants a “second chance” at love, some thing that did not quite work out the initial time around.
The show will likely be co-hosted by Chris Harrison and Melissa Rycroft. “We’ve always wanted to complete an all-star edition,” Harrison mentioned during a Wednesday radio appearance on On Air With Ryan Seacrest. “We decided to arrive up with just a type of enjoyment, don’t-think-too hard summer franchise.”
Adding that the combustible cast should share “two or three bathrooms,” Harrison teased, “We set them in 1 home, sleeping in one space. You get this several hot girls and hot guys in a house and points out that things will take place!
Executive producers of Bachelor Pad are Mike Fleiss, Martin Hilton and Jay Bienstock. The sequence is from Subsequent Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television.
