There is really no limit to how many manuals a single restaurant can have, in fact the more information that is written down for employees, the more it is likely that a restaurant will succeed in a period of a year or less. It is important to see how easy it is to have a successful place of business, when there is a certain amount of instructions for people to follow at all times.
