Tackling the Master Cleanse is not an easy task. It takes courage and mind power.
What is the Master Cleanse?
The Master Cleanse is a natural lemonade mixture made from all natural ingredients. You drink only this mixture (no food) for a few days (10 days is recommended for maximum results) to clean your entire body. This master cleanse mixture cleanses all of your body. It has begun to get popular among many of the celebrities to lose weight. But weight loss is not the only thing that the master cleanse does. It cleans your whole body helping you to get rid of toxins that you carry around in your body.
Getting beyond the first day of the Master Cleanse has been a challenge for many people.
A step by step approach to the Master Cleanse can get you through it. Here are 3 tips that may help you.
#1 – Read the entire book on the Master Cleanse before you begin it. Over the 12 years that I have been doing the Master Cleanse; many people have asked me to write the ingredients out for them so that they can just jump right in and do the master cleanse. My response to that; absolutely not! The Master Cleanse is nothing to play with. You Must Read the entire guide before attempting it. More on where you can find the guide later.
#2 – The next phase is preparing yourself mentally to do the Master Cleanse. After you have fully read and understand what to expect; you have to prepare mentally and know when you want to go through the process. The best way of knowing when to perform the master cleanse is by listening to your body. Are you feeling lazy, or lack energy. Are you constipated, is it becoming harder for you to digest food, or having bouts of gas. Are you experiencing frequent colds. These signs are your body talking to you. Your body is telling you to do something. If you are experiencing these or similar symptoms; you may want to consider taking on the master cleanse.
#3 – The day that you begin the master cleanse is worth thinking about. Saturday is recommended. Beginning on Saturday helps you and your body get used to the cleansing process. You’re not at work and you will have the advantage of being close to the restroom and to take the day easy. This will help you approach day number 2; Sunday with ease, and map out your work week with a plan so that you can stay focused on accomplishing your goal to finish.
Getting past day one of the master cleanse is a huge accomplishment. Once you get past day one and remain focused on completing your goal you will think and treat your body differently.
