To perform the pushups, push your chest away from the floor by straightening your arms. You should try not to bend or arch your back during this process. Exhale while pushing up and inhale on the way down. Make sure to perform 3 sets of 6 to 12 repetitions when you do this exercise. If you do decline pushups or incline bench presses a couple times a week, you can kiss your man boobs goodbye.
Extra Bonus Tip: Do not perform chest exercises that focus on the lower chest such as horizontal bench presses or flat pushups. This will have the effect of making your man boobs appear much larger than they really are.
