Cubensis Spore or magic mushroom is a species of psychedelic mushroom with psilocybin and psilocin as two of its active compounds. Known by another name Stropharia cubensis, the species was discovered by botanist F.S. Earle in Cuba and considered as the most handsome of all the Psilocybes. Psilocybe mushroom has been in use since ancient times and is still in use globally. It is widely used for a number of medicinal and recreational purposes for their psychedelic effects.
Buying of Psilocybe Cubensis Spores is legal only in the countries where the governmental authorities have permitted the licensed and certified online stores to sell spores so that they can be grown by the residents of the same countries for limited uses. There are some countries in the world where the possession, sale, transportation and cultivation of Psilocybe Cubensis Spores is illegal because they contain the Schedule I drugs psilocin and psilocybin. These countries include: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Newzealand, Sweden, UK and the United States (only in Georgia, Idaho, and California).
On the other hand, countries like Brazil, Bulgaria, Spain, the Netherlands and the United States (except Georgia, Idaho, and California) allow the possession, sale, transportation and cultivation of Psilocybe Cubensis Spores as legal.
According to the United Nations 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, mushrooms containing Psilocybin and psilocin (psychedelic compounds) are listed as Schedule I drugs because these are not accredited form medical uses. Moreover, these drugs have a high potential for abuse. Only because of the presence psychedelic compounds and their hallucinogenic effects, psilocybin mushrooms are not regulated by UN treaties. In the United States, the possession of psilocybin-containing mushrooms is illegal only in Georgia, Idaho, and California. In the remaining states, the selling of mushroom spores is legal.
Remember: The selling of spores with the purpose of producing hallucinogenic mushrooms is not allowed.
It is said that the effects of mushrooms are subjective, but they can differ on the basis of their various uses. Interestingly, psychedelic mushroom owns the ability to alter time perception and its visible and direct effects can last between 3 to 8 hours. Some of the most known effects of the mushroom on human beings can be seen in audio, visual and tactical senses. In addition to that, other changes can be observed through the enhancement of contrasting colors, halos around light sources, increased visual acuity, rippling surfaces, and objects appear to shimmer or breathe.
